Dr. H. Rahcmad Budi Suharto, SE., SH., M.Si was born in Samarinda on November 8, 1980. He started his undergraduate education at Mulawarman University, Faculty of Economics and Business, Samarinda in Economics, and Bachelor of Laws at Widyagama Mahakam University, Samarinda. Masters Degree at the Faculty of Economics, Hasanuddin University, Concentrating on Development Planning and continuing to Doctoral Degree in Economics at Hasanuddin University.
